如何制作框的框架?

材料：

• 2x 2x 4" rectangular boards
• Wood glue
• Wood screws
• Ruler
• Pencil

步骤：

1. Cut the boards:

   • Cut two pieces of 2x 4" board to the following dimensions:
     • Length: 24"
     • Width: 12"
     • Height: 12"

2. Assemble the frame:

   • Apply wood glue to the edges of the two boards.
   • Screw the boards together along the edges, using wood screws.
   • Allow the frame to dry according to the manufacturer's instructions.

3. Reinforce the frame:

   • To reinforce the frame, you can add a 1x 2" board to the inside of the frame.
   • Attach the 1x 2" board to the inside of the frame using wood glue and screws.

4. Sand the frame:

   • Once the frame is dry, sand it to smooth out any rough edges.

5. Paint or stain the frame:

   • You can paint or stain the frame to protect it from scratches and wear.

• Use a level to make sure the frame is square and straight.
• Use a drill with a hole saw to cut the boards to the correct dimensions.
• Be careful when drilling holes in the frame.
• Allow the frame to dry completely before painting or staining.
